4. How are Meucci cues made? Crafting a Meucci cue is a meticulous process that balances precision, artistry, and performance. Each cue goes through multiple stages to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches your hands.

• Shaft Turning & Curing: We carefully turn down the shaft wood in stages, allowing it to season properly to prevent warping and ensure long-term stability. This process takes several weeks to complete.
• Precision Cutting: The individual components of the cue, including the forearm, handle, and butt sleeve, are precisely cut (±1/1000th of an inch) to fit together seamlessly.
• Splicing & Assembly: The cue’s structure is carefully spliced and bonded, ensuring a strong, balanced construction.
• Inlay Work: We cut intricate cavities and fit inlays with precision, creating the signature Meucci aesthetic and detail.
• Wrapping: If the cue design includes a wrap, we apply and seal it (unless a pressed or leather wrap is requested) for aesthetic appeal and durability. 
• Staining & Finishing: Depending on the model, cues are stained to achieve the desired color and depth before moving to the final finishing stages.
• Top Coat Application: A high-quality sealer and top coat are sprayed on to protect the cue and enhance its smooth feel.
