Meucci Cues Warranty Policy


Thank you for choosing Meucci Cues. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, high-performance pool cues. To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty policy:

 

Limited 1-year Manufacturer Warranty:

Meucci Cues provides a limited one-year warranty, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects and materials for products manufactured by Meucci Cues (“Product(s)”).

Warranty Coverage:

Under this warranty, Meucci Cues, in its sole discretion, may either repair the Products, replace the Products, or refund the original purchase price of Products purchased directly from Meucci Cues or one of its Authorized Dealers, that are found to have a manufacturing defect. This warranty covers issues that affect the performance or structural integrity of the Products due to manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Products, with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. 

Exclusions:

Meucci cues and shafts are hand-crafted from wood and other organic materials and are subject to aesthetic variations in stain colors, wood grains, etc., and these cosmetic variations are not considered defects but are part of the Product's character. Additionally, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Warpage on wood Products
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear of the Products, including normal wear on replaceable items such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, & bumper
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, accidents, or extreme events (e.g. flood, fire, etc.)
  • Modifications or alterations made to the Products by anyone other than Meucci Cues without the express written consent of Meucci Cues
  • Products that have been exposed to extreme temperature or humidity conditions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sources
Warranty Process:

If you believe your Meucci Cue Product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Meucci Cues directly or your Meucci Cues Authorized Dealer to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Provide proof of purchase and any necessary information about the issue.
  • If instructed by Meucci Cues, send the Product to the designated service center for evaluation.
  • Meucci Cues will assess the Product and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. All claims are resolved at the discretion of Meucci Cues.
  • If the Product is eligible for warranty service, Meucci Cues will repair, replace, or refund it at no charge. 
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Warranty Repairs:

For cues that are not covered under warranty or require repairs due to reasons not covered by the warranty, Meucci Cues offers repair services at reasonable costs. Please contact us or your authorized dealer for more information.
