Once we have reached out and you're ready to ship your cue to us, please insure your package as we are not responsible for cues lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend UPS, as our preferred carrier. Do not ship accessory products (cases, joint protectors, ect.). We are not liable for lost accessory items during the repair process.
Please include your contact information, what service / repair you need to be done, and the best number and e-mail address to reach you at. Once we receive your cue, our repair technician will be in touch via e-mail or phone regarding the status of your repair.
DISCLAIMER: Repairs not paid for or picked up within 180 days of completion will be deemed abandoned and become the property of Meucci Cues, with no further notice.
